"We are ready to cooperate with those states which have the necessary IAEA standards to build nuclear power plants," Abbasi told reporters at the end of a cabinet meeting in Tehran on Wednesday.
Asked if Japan is considered as one of those countries with which Iran is eager to cooperate in constructing new nuclear power plants, he said, "If they want to cooperate with us in this field, we will be ready to cooperate with them."
