Iran has participated in the 5th International Art Festival of ‘Unforgettable Traditions' in Moscow to introduce the country’s various works of art.

Organized by Iran’s cultural office in Russia, the country’s different arts and local handicrafts are being showcased at the international event in Moscow.

The event presents various local and ethnic arts of some nations as well as their traditions and popular customs.

A number of workshops have been programmed to be held on the sidelines of the festival.

The works of enamel, inlaid, fret and hand printed fabrics represent Iranian arts at the festival while they have received warm welcome so far.

A number of different traditional Iranian costumes have been also introduced at the country’s pavilion in festival.

The 2013 Moscow ‘Unforgettable Traditions' Festival kicked off on January 1 and will run through one month.
