Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad criticized the current world order, and called on independent states to make their best efforts to restore peace and justice in the world.

Ahmadinejad said that the world independent countries and nations are in the same front, adding that such countries should do their best for freedom, justice, peace and revival of humanity in view of their common stances.

President Ahmadinejad made the remarks in meetings with the new Lebanese, Comorian and South African ambassadors to Iran here in Tehran on Thursday.

President Ahmadinejad has on many occasion underlined the necessity and need for the establishment of a new world order, saying that the current unjust order has failed to resolve global problems and, thus, reached its end.

He added that corrupt rulers are trying to maintain their power through intimidation, pressure, misinformation and propaganda campaign.
