The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported some 182,000 tons of commodities, worth over dlrs 17 million, in the first quarter of current Iranian calendar year (started March 21) via the customs office of Khoramshahr in southwestern province of Khuzestan, a senior official said here on Monday.

Talking to IRNA, Managing Director of Khoramshahr Customs Office Aref Bavi cited cement, clay, stone, organic materials, barium sulphate and dates as the main exported commodities.

 

He stressed that the goods were mainly exported to Iraq, UAE, Pakistan, Turkey, Canada, Kuwait, UK, Slovenia and Germany.
