In his message, President Rouhani hoped that peace and tranquility could be returned to Iraq during Al-Ebadi's tenure.
Pointing to Iran and Iraq's historical relations, he called for expansion of all-out ties aimed at serving the interests of the two nations and establishing peace and tranquility in the region.
Rouhani also wished victory and prosperity for the Iraqi government and people.
