Deputy foreign ministers of Iran, United States and the European Union on Monday afternoon initiated fresh talks to make a comprehensive deal.

Abbas Araqchi and Majid Takht-e Ravanchi, US Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman and Deputy EU Foreign Policy chief Helga Schmid convened for fresh talks after Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, US Secretary of State John Kerry and EU Foreign Policy chief Federica Mogherini wound up Monday meeting.

In the meeting of Zarif, Kerry and Mogherini, the head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali-Akbar Salehi and US Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz were also present.

Meanwhile, Hossein Fereidoun, a special aide to President Hassan Rouhani, and Obama's special aide Robert Malley were present in the meeting.
