Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said those advocating the use of force are incapable of managing diplomatic affairs.

Speaking to IRNA, Zarif said those who are still talking about the use of force after the historic nuclear deal in Vienna, do not have the necessary capacity to manage, advance and stabilize diplomacy.

He made the remarks commenting on the latest statements made by a number of American officials in the past few days about using the military options against Iran.

The foreign minister, who is introduced for the Nobel Peace Prize 2016 along with his US counterpart, said while the world refers to the last week's nuclear agreement in Vienna as the victory of diplomacy over war and violence, there are still people who seek the use of force in an illegal and illegitimate manner to materialize their hallucinations.

They are insisting on keeping up with an option which has already proven as useless, Zarif stressed.

He added advocates of the use of force are seemingly incapable of understanding that using force to violate the rights of other people is not an option but a dangerous and unwise temptation usually pursued by those who lack the capacity to advance diplomatic affairs.
