Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi on Wednesday reacted to recent remarks of the United Arab Emirates minister of state for foreign affairs by saying that direct responsibility for committed crimes in Yemen and strengthening terrorism there and in all regions belongs to the UAE and other war-mongering coalition members.

According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department, Qasemi called accusations by the UAE minister of state for foreign affairs against Iran in the 34th Human Rights Council meeting “baseless'.

It is strange and regrettable that a country, which is directly responsible for demolishing infrastructures in Yemen and committed war crimes and surrendered oppressed people of Yemen in almost two years, is accusing others for interferences in Yemen.

Qasemi underlined that there is no doubt that war-mongering against Yemeni people had no achievements except strengthening terrorism and preparing grounds for their presence in Yemen territory and for sure has direct responsibility for committed crimes there.
