A senior Iranian official said that US President Donald Trump has exceeded his limits by calling for revision of the JCPOA as there is no doubt that talks on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action will not be repeated under any circumstances.

Speaking to reporters after his meeting with Syrian parliament speaker, Member of the Expediency Council Ali Akbar Velayati said the recent allegations by the US president are totally unacceptable.

One of their unfair allegations is that Iran should forget about missile defense which indicates that the US president has exceeded his limits, he said.

Playing an active role in the regional developments is among legitimate and early rights of the countries in the region, Velayati said.

They want to inspect our military sites, he said, adding that under no circumstances 'we let them to do so as they are regarded as our sensitive' defense centers.

The JCPOA is not negotiable and there will be no room for its revision, amendment or change of its clauses as it should be remained untouched in line with the agreement signed between the two parties, he said.

The US extravagant policies leaves no impact on Iran's resistance in dealing with the JCPOA, he said.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has fully implemented its pledges, but the other party was supposed to lift economic sanctions while it has been disloyal to its pledges which are in disconformity with clauses 26, 27, 28, 29 of the JCPOA, he said.
