The voice of Hossein Khajeh-Amiri is a touchstone of Persian traditional music, the celebrated vocalist Mohammadreza Shajarian said during a ceremony held to commemorate the veteran vocalist.

The Iranian Artists’ Sport club organized the event, which was held at Tehran’s Andisheh Cultural Center on Friday.
