In the ceremony here on Saturday afternoon, Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi, Deputy Minister for Europe and American Affairs Majid Takht Ravanchi, Spokesman Bahram Qasemi and Head of Foreign Ministry International Research and Education Mohammad Kazem Sajjadpour were present.
Also a new book of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif titled 'Passing period of International Relations in Post-Western world' was unveiled here.
Qasemi said that needs to this change felt by spreading technology and Mr. Zarif emphasized on it.
The new portal is in three languages of Persian, Arabic and English.
Today its Persian language version was unveiled.
