“The JCPOA [in full the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action,] is an operational agreement; although some have tried to blemish it, they have so far been in vain,” said Salehi.
He added, “As the Russians, Chinese, and Europeans resist for the deal, we hope that the deal stays around because it reinforces the NPT and is in the interests of Iran.”
Saying that the regional crises are ‘factitious’, the AEOI chief said, “Hopefully the situation will count against their makers, and they will sink in what they have made.”
