On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, I extend my warmest congratulations to the government and people of that country.

China's development over the past 76 years has shown that a country that adheres to independence, self-reliance and self-improvement can make remarkable achievements that attract the attention of the world.

As Iran's comprehensive strategic partner, regardless of any possible changes in the international situation, Iran will continue its cooperation with China.

I wish China ever-increasing prosperity and success, and I am confident that China-Iran cooperation will yield fruitful results.
