Speaking during her weekly press briefing here Tuesday, the foreign ministry spokesperson termed the adoption of the anti-Iran statement using certain literature and wording as unacceptable.
She said Iran views such an act as a targeted move taken under the pressure of Iranˈs enemies led by the Zionist lobbies.
She further referred to Iran-Pakistan ties and said relations between the two countries will continue in various areas.
Afkham said Iran is to discuss the situation of the four released border guards with a Pakistan deputy foreign minister who would visit Iran in coming days and follow up the fate of the fifth guard Jamshid Danaeefar.
She said Iran believed the fate of Danaeefar is still unclear so it was pursuing the issues through diplomatic channels.
The spokeswoman further said her ministry is ready to cooperate with the Iranian parliament in carrying out a regulation proposed by the Majlis to fingerprint European nationals travelling to Iran.
As for the fate of an Iranian diplomat abducted in Yemen, Afkham said Iran was in constant touch with Yemeni officials to follow up the case.
According to Afkham, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is going to visit Moscow in late April to take part in the meeting of the Caspian Sea legal regime working group.
