Iran is planning to hold the 11th Bismillah International Festival in Tehran in the Holy Ramadan month.

The festival’s secretary Mohammad Reza Kamarei announced that the event will be held at the Economic Cooperation Organization’s Cultural Institute (ECI) as well as the Niavaran Cultural Complex in Tehran, the English- language newspaper ˈIran Dailyˈ reported on Wednesday.

The event is scheduled to host Qur’anic artworks created by Iranian and foreign artists in two main sections of logotype and poster centered on the theme of ‘Bismillah’.

Bismillah is the Arabic word which is used as the collective name of the phrase ‘Bismillahi-r Rahmani-r Rahim’ meaning ‘In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful’.

Many graphic, photography and calligraphy works will be also showcased at the festival.
