Iran’s inflation rate dropped by 1.3 percent and reached 17.8 percent in the month ending November 21, compared to the previous month, the government spokesman said on Tuesday.

Mohammad Baqer Nobakht added that Iran’s point-to-point inflation rate for the month was 13.2 percent year-on-year.

He noted that Iran’s point-to-point inflation rate for the month ending October 22 was 14.2 percent. 

According to the Statistical Center of Iran, the country’s inflation rate during the month ending October 22 was 19.1 percent.
