China on Thursday called for a 'just and balanced' nuclear agreement with Iran.

Meeting with journalists ahead of his talks with the E3 plus 3 ministers and Iran in the Austrian capital, China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi said, we believe we will have a just and balanced deal. There is a high possibility for it to happen but we still need to consult with our counterparts.

China will continue to play a constructive role in this regard. Everyone needs to work together. We will have detailed and concrete discussions, he added.

Talks have reportedly reached a very sensitive stage as all sides are keen on nailing down a final comprehensive nuclear accord.
