Iran’s Defense Minister warned on Tuesday that repetition of the US' formerly experienced policies by the new administration could entail uncontrollable consequences.

Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan, who is visiting Moscow on his Russian counterpart’s invitation, told reporters that since when the US President Donald Trump has taken office some decisions are made and some approaches, previously examined, have been taken which are feared to have uncontrollable outcomes.

He is to take part in the 6th Moscow Forum on Security and to hold talks with his counterparts.

The unraveling developments in the Middle East and other parts of the world, and the cyber space will be discussed in the forum, according to Dehghan.

Takfiri movements and terrorism in Syria and Yemen are among other main issues of the security conference with a view to reaching common stance and understanding on them, the visiting minister added.
