Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende on Wednesday expressed sympathy with the breaved families of the terrorist attacks here which claimed the lives of 12 people and injured 42 others.

In a tweeted message, Brende released in his twitter account, the Norwegian official said, “I condemn the horrible attacks in Teheran today. My deepest condolences to the victims, their families and to all Iranians.”

In an apparently coordinated attempt, two terrorist groups attacked mausoleum of the late Imam Khomeini, southern Tehran, and the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) on Wednesday morning, killing 12 people and injuring 42 more.

The terrorist group of Daesh (the ISIS terrorist group) has claimed responsibility for the fatal attacks in Tehran.

According to an official at the Intelligence Ministry, several terrorist cells have entered Tehran to carry out terrorist operations but just members of one of the cells have been arrested.
