“We received the devastating news with great pain and sadness, and we in Hamas extend our deepest condolences to the families of those affected”, Hamas official website quoted Head of Hamas’s Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh.
He added, “We ask Allah, the almighty, to heal the victims and grant them patience during these hard times”.
About 430 were killed and about 7500 others were injured in the killer earthquake that happened in Kermanshah Province, western Iran on sunday evening.
