Governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Valiollah Seif said on Sunday that establishment of relations with European major and central banks is among main issues to be discussed by Iran's foreign minister and five signatories to Iran nuclear deal.

Seif made the remarks while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Parliament meeting on recent hard currency fluctuations.

Negotiations are currently underway between Iran and three European countries – Britain, France and Germany – and with China and Russia as well, the official said.

Iran needs to feel it is benefiting from JCPOA (Iran deal), Seif said, adding that if the JCPOA is not going to facilitate the positive movement of Iran's economy, Iran cannot fulfill its commitments under the deal.

Experts from CBI will also be present in the negotiations and Iran hopes the conditions would be such that the country can maintain its international connections, the official said.
