Iraqi minister: No change in border trade with Iran
Iraqi Interior Minister Qasim al-Araji said on Sunday that no border crossing or commercial borders with the Islamic Republic of Iran will be closed.
Al-Araji made the remarks in reaction to widespread rumors on closure of borders between the two countries.
The US anti-Iran policies have nothing to do with closure of borders crossings or banning imports from Iran, he said.
Elimination of dollars in transactions between Iran and Iraq is not something new and it has been started some years ago, he said.
