The main goal of Iran's foreign diplomacy should be maintaining and protecting the national interests of Iranian people, the Supreme Leader said.
All should spare no efforts to expand foreign relations with their sound revolutionary spirit, wise and oriented diplomacy with reliance on the country's political and diplomatic achievements, Ayatollah Khamenei said.
Preserving religious thoughts and spiritual aspects of families are among most important criterion of foreign ministry staffers overseas, the Supreme Leader said.
Foreign ministry and its ambassadors in particular should remain committed to the Islamic and revolutionary values as their deeds will reflect such values, the Supreme Leader said.
