US President Donald Trump, in a new tweet on Monday, reacted to recent remarks by the Iranian president Hassan Rouhani who had warned Washington against taking a hostile approach towards Iran.

President Trump chose capital letters to convey his message, something which well demonstrated his fury at what President Rouhani said on Sunday in a reference to the US hostile approach towards Iran: 'Do not play with fire.'

'NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE,' Trump tweeted, using a similar literature that was used earlier by the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

'Never threaten an Iranian,' Zarif once said during talks with the parties to the Iran nuclear deal, which was trended on Twitter under a hash tag.

Trump went on to use the bullying words and the rhetoric he uses especially in his early-morning tweets, to again threaten Iran.

'WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!,' Trump wrote in capital letters.

The Iranian president on Sunday, addressing a meeting attended by Iran's representatives in foreign countries, said that the US last resort is aimed at exhausting Iranian people.

'Iranian people are the master and they will never bow to anyone,' President Rouhani said.

He said that the Americans should come to realize that establishing peace with Iran is the mother of all peace and waging war with the country is mother of all wars.
