Iran's exports to Germany experienced a three-fold rise in weight during the first four months of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 21)compared with the same period last year, the latest statistics from customs office said.

During the mentioned period 53,198 tons of goods worth $94,186,000 were exported to Germany.

The figure showed 275.32% growth in weight and 0.63% rise in value.

Saffron, dates, pistachio, Liquorice juice, jam, jelly, confectionary and water melon were among the most important products exported to Germany.
