First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri said on Monday that misbehavior of the US administration which is out of international code of conduct indicates that the US suffers misconception in dealing with global developments which are based on diplomacy.

Jahangiri made the remarks in his speech delivered to the International Conference of Hamedan as the “ACD Tourism Capital, 2018” which started earlier in the western Iranian provincial capital city on Monday.

Under the present circumstances, all should make use of diplomacy to resolve global issues, he said.

US unilaterally withdrew from JCPOA while Iran remained committed to all its pledges as endorsed several times underlined by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Jahangiri said.

Iran strongly condemns US illegal behavior as well as the country's policy of imposing sanctions against world countries and would ask the international community to resist against the US unilateralism to indicate that sanctions are now regarded as improper and outdated measures in dealing with world nations and their governments, he said.

Despite the US sanctions, Iran is determined to broaden economic, political, cultural and social cooperation mainly in tourism with Asian countries and would welcome any joint investment and active cooperation in the sectors, Jahangiri said.
