Talking to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Head of Oshnavieh Sports and Youth Department in northwestern Province of West Azarbaijan, Rahim Teymouri, said other three nominees are from Colombia, Ukraine and Egypt.
Teymouri said the social network users worldwide can vote for their winner on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
He added that Rahman, who set a new record in the third Asian Para Games, won a gold medal in the plus 107 kilogram category. He is seeking to set a new record in 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
