The league will be held in the northwestern cities of Ardebil and Orumiyeh late spring, with participation of Russia, Poland, Canada and Iran, said Afshin Davari.
Saying that Iran's volleyball has advanced in the past decade, Davari added that in the world rankings, Iran's 15U team holds the first, 16U team the fourth, 17U team the sixth, and national team the eighth places.
He said that playing against Japan, Iran got points with a lot of difficulties, but it is an established power in Asia, adding 13 Iranian volleyball players play in big leagues, like those of Europe.
Iran is going to host the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Nations League, said the caretaker of the Volleyball Federation of Iran on Saturday.
