According to the news secretariat of IRANPAHRMA EXPO 2019, the objectives of this edition will include presenting the latest achievements and innovations in the pharmaceutical sector, introducing the capacity and potentials of the companies working in the pharmaceuticals and related industries, establishing relations between academic and research centers in Iran and abroad, creating a suitable platform for international trade of pharmceutical in pharmaceuticals and related industries and supporting the domestic production of pharmaceuticals and expanding pharmaceutical exports in the current situation of the country. Side events will include the 4th Pharmaceutical and Medical-Academic Book Fair, 3rd Exhibition on Health-Oriented Media, 50 workshops (a 50% increase in comparison with IPH 2018), student tours, specialized round-tables and special programs such as the World Pharmacist Day Ceremony and also the participation of active associations in the cycle of production of pharmaceutical products, case studies for pharmaceutical experts, investors, pharmacy students and engineers of the industry.
Also, as of this year all booths will have their own QR code so that the visitors will have access to all their information.
It must be noted that despite the pressure of the sanctions in the current year, the exhibition has received a remarkable turnout from both Iranian and non-Iranian companies and it is expected that the visitors rate will see an increase this year as well.
