Such US sanctions are the continuation of blatant violation of the rights of the Iranian nation, Nasser Kanaani said through a Twitter post on Friday.
The sanctions are after putting obstacles in the path of broadcasting the opinions of Iran worldwide, Kanaani noted.
He went on to say that the US crimes against independent nations and governments are endless.
To continue Washington’s double-sided approach and its diplomacy of pressure and sanction, the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) imposed sanctions on some IRIB officials and journalists under the baseless pretext of the “forced confessions of Iranian, dual national, and international detainees in Iran.”
