AEOI Chief says no unannounced nuclear site, activity in Iran

Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami said that according to the IAEA, there is no unannounced nuclear activity or site in Iran.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Eslami said that Iran’s interactions with IAEA are underway and that the IAEA Secretary General Rafael Grossi expressed his readiness to visit Iran.

He referred to the West’s unstable positions regarding Iran’s nuclear deal, saying that based of the EU Spox’s remarks the JCPOA is not dead.

He added that removing ambiguities and giving a response to the IAEA has been on Iran’s agenda.

He reiterated that there are no unannounced nuclear sites or activities in Iran.
