Iran ready to transfer its achievements to Africa: President Raisi

Iran’s President described the activation of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between the two countries as effective in facilitating and accelerating the exchange of mutual capacities and improving the level of relations and expanding cooperation, and announced the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to transfer its experiences and achievements to friendly countries, especially in Africa.

Speaking in a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, Olivia Rouamba, President Ebrahim Raisi mentioned the good relations between Iran and all African countries after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, and praised the standing and resistance of African countries against colonialism and terrorism, describing it a sign of awakening, vigilance and accurate recognition of the needs of the day on the part of these countries.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, for her part, stated that African countries, including Burkina Faso, are inspired by the Islamic Revolution's resistance to arrogance and domination, and added, "Our most important agenda will be to activate the axes of cooperation with Iran".

She described the Islamic Republic of Iran as a friend and brother of her country and said that they were interested in strengthening mutual cooperation.
