Zarif arrived in Athens on Sunday to participate in International Forum of Ancient Civilizations.
On the sidelines of the conference, Zarif met and conferred with his counterparts from Greece and China.
The two-day International Forum of Ancient Civilizations kicked off with the attendance of foreign ministers from Iran, China, India, Italy and Egypt on Sunday.
