Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his French counterpart Laurent Fabius met here on Saturday during overtime negotiations regarding a deal on Iran's peaceful nuclear program.

Prior to the bilateral ministerial meeting, Russian foreign minister's special envoy met Zarif in Palais Coburg where Iran and P5+1 group of world powers are involved in marathon negotiation to reach an agreement by the three-time extended deadline of July 13.

In the meantime, Zarif's deputies and chief negotiators Abbas Araqchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi held separate meetings with European Union deputy foreign policy chief, Helga Schmid, and US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman along with a US president's special aide, Robert Malloy.

It is expected that foreign minsters from Britain, France and German will also have a meeting with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini or the 5+1 negotiations will convene.
