The 16th NAM summit was held in Tehran by participation of officials from 120 member countries, 17 nonmember countries and 10 international organizations as observers.

Emir of Qatar and Kuwait, the presidents of Pakistan, Egypt, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Bolivia, Zimbabwe, Mongolia, Tajikistan, North Korea, Syria, Prime Minister and Vice President of Indonesia and Bangladesh are some of the participants in Nam summit in Tehran.
Here is the List of some presidents, Vice Presidents and Prime ministers as head of delegations in NAM summit. The names of foreign ministers who attended the summit are not mentioned here. The other delegations were represented by senior officials of lower rank, including foreign ministers, deputy foreign ministers and envoys.
