Seyed Baqer Hosseini referred to the upcoming meeting between US President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and said the recent victories gained by the resistance front will force Obama and Netanyahu to behave logically in their talks about regional developments.
"Given the conditions which have been created in the region, including the Syrian Army's ability to push back terrorists, the epic rallies in Iran on February 10 (marking the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution) and the Palestinian resistance forces' access to the missile capability, Obama and Netanyahu should accept that the master-and-slave era in foreign policy has come to an end," he added.
He further warned the US and Israel that Palestinian resistance groups will give a crushing response to any Israel effort to expand its settlements in the occupied lands.
Earlier this month, Iran once again underlined the necessity for an immediate halt to all Israeli settlement construction activities in the Palestinian territories.
Salehi made the remarks at a meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement's Committee on Palestine held on the sidelines of the summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Egyptian capital, Cairo.
He stressed the necessity of condemning Israel's settlement activities in the occupied lands and taking the necessary actions to stop Judaization of the Palestinian territories and East Quds (Jerusalem).
