Kamkar, the bandˈs composer and conductor, will be accompanied by vocalists Vahid Taj and Heshmat Rajabzadeh, wrote Monday edition of the English language newspaper Iran Daily.
The concert will be held in two parts. In the first part, Taj will sing Persian music, while Rajabzadeh will perform pieces on Maqami music.
Instrumentalist include: Kambiz Ganjei (tonbak), Siavash Kamkar (santour), Neyriz Kamkar (tar), Qassem Rahimzadeh and Saeb Kakavand (tar).
Kamkars are among the leading musical ensembles in Iran. Their repertoire ranges from the vast array of traditional Kurdish and Persian music with its poignant, entrancing melodies and uplifting high energy rhythms to the classical Kurdish and Persian music.
They have so far performed numerous concerts around the world.
