Secretary Johnson’s visit aims at reviewing the latest conditions of bilateral ties, regional issues and international developments, and developing trade and banking relations.
During his two-day stay in Tehran, Johnson is scheduled to be received by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali-Akbar Salehi.
