In the message, President Rouhani called for the expansion of mutual relations and cooperation in line with both sides interests.
'The 27th of April is known as South African National Day and I would like to seize the opportunity to congratulate you and your people,' he said.
He also expressed hope to witness further expansion of cooperation and developments in line with both nations' interests.
