Based on Iran customs statistics, the value of industrial mineral exports reached $503m meaning that it had 20% share of Iran's non-oil exports.

According to foreign trade statistics charts, the exports of good weighed 4,348,000 tons during the first month of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21).

The figure experienced a growth of about 16 percent. 

Meanwhile, Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) announced that mineral exports value had 17 percent fall compared with last year's corresponding period.

The heaviest exports goods consisted of cement (1.5 m ton), iron ore, concentrate, pelletizing, steel chain (590,000 tons), stone, copper and down-stream products, coal (29,000 tons).
