Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian has called on the United States and three European countries to take necessary political decisions in order to show their real determination.

It is time to show that they have a real will to reach an agreement at the shortest time, Amirabdollahian said in a meeting on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference with European Union with  EU coordinator Enrique Mora and EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell.

In the meeting, the latest situation of Vienna Talks and details of the agreements were discussed.

Amirabdollahian, in the meeting, stressed Iran’s determination to have a good agreement in the talks.

As he noted, Iran has presented all possible proposals and initiatives; and as he stressed, it is time for a political decisions to reach an agreement.

Were it not for Iran's initiatives, the agreement would not be this close, Amirabdollahian said, adding that the other side should know that Iran will not ignore its red lines.

Borrell, as the Vienna talks coordinator, shared his viewpoints on the issues with Amirabdollahian.

The two agreed to continue consultations. The 58th Munich Security Conference was held February 18-20 in Germany.
