The Intelligence Department in Sistan-Balouchestan announced the arrests on Wednesday night.
It said the trio were arrested based on a court verdict on charges of engaging in disclosing classified information.
The department has not released further details.
Iran in the past has made similar arrests of people working for the Israeli spy agency.
