Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov issued a congratulatory message to his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amirabdollahian on Saturday in which he said that relations between Iran and Russia are further growing based on good neighborliness policies and despite the tough international conditions.
He also expressed hope that the two countries will continue to increase their relations and interactions in different bilateral and international issues.
