Iran and Pakistan's foreign ministries vowed in a joint statement on Monday that they will send their ambassadors to their premises before January 26th.

After the telephone conversation between the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, both sides agreed to return their ambassadors to their missions by January 26, 2024, a Farsi translation of a joint statement appeared on the Iranian foreign ministry's website said. 

At the invitation of Abbas Jilani, his Iranian counterpart Amir-Abdullahian will visit Pakistan on January 29, 2024.
