The Deputy Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces said Israel is facing serious internal and strategic challenges, adding that the regime’s repeated threats are a clear sign of confusion and weakness, while Tehran is closely monitoring all developments.

According to Khabaronline, an Iranian news agency, Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi, speaking in an interview about the upcoming visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the United States and Israel’s repeated threats against Iran, said that “the Israeli regime is grappling with enormous problems, a reality that has become evident to everyone.”

He stressed that “this regime has failed to achieve any of its objectives in its war against Iran,” adding that Tehran is “carefully observing all developments and keeping all issues under close watch.”

Vahidi further stated that Israel is attempting to present a distorted image of reality in order to conceal its weaknesses, noting that this effort is being pursued through a media and psychological campaign against Iran.

Referring to what he described as Israel’s recent failures, he said the regime is seeking to obscure the heavy defeat it suffered during the 12-day war by resorting to threats and recent military maneuvers.

The senior Iranian military official added that Israeli claims and propaganda will bring no tangible gains, saying that the regime is now isolated and alone, struggling futilely to ensure its own survival.

Earlier, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the Israeli military had managed to destroy less than three percent of Iran’s missile launch platforms, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic’s missile capability remains intact, active, and fully operational.
