Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, held a telephone conversation with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, to discuss and exchange views on the latest regional developments.

According to Khabaronline, an Iranian news agency, During the call, the two ministers expressed deep concern regarding the situation in Palestine and Lebanon. They highlighted the ongoing violations of ceasefire agreements by the Israeli regime and the persistence of its attacks on Gaza and Lebanon, which continue to target civilians.

Both diplomats emphasized the urgent need for the international community to exert pressure on the Israeli regime to ensure full compliance with its obligations. They called for an immediate end to policies of genocide, occupation, and expansionism.

The two foreign ministers also reviewed recent developments in Yemen. They underscored the critical necessity of preserving the territorial integrity and unity of Yemen.
