An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale jolted Ezgeleh region in western province of Kermanshah early Thursday.

According to the seismological center of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University, the tremor occurred at 4:03 hours local time (0:33 GMT) in an area located at 34.76 degrees latitude and 45.69 degrees longitude and in the depth of 10 kilometers.

The jolt has had no casualties or damages.

On November 12, a large-scale earthquake measuring at 7.3 on Richter scale hit western Iran causing massive damages and casualties.
