Head Iran customs announced that non-oil exports experienced 25% growth during the first two months of the current Iranian calendar year started on March 21.

The exports value had over 15% rise compared to the same period last year, Foroud Asgari said.

During the first month of the current year, 1,964,000 tons of petrochemicals worth $1,040,000,000 have been exported, he added.

According to Regional Intelligence Liaison Offices (RILO), Iranian customs ranked 1st in the world for two consecutive years in 2016 and 2017 in terms of handling customs formalities and controlling smuggling of goods.
