Iran’s nuclear activities comply with IAEA regulations: Atomic chief

Iran's nuclear activities comply with regulations and safeguards agreements of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran's top nuclear official has said amid reports by the Zionist media claiming that Iran has built new nuclear facilities.

Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), made the remarks while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the cabinet session in Tehran on Wednesday.

Eslami said the Zionists have been trying to launch smear campaigns against Iran for years.

Calling such campaigns a "psychological warfare by the enemy", Eslami said the Zionists normally level such accusations against Iran whenever they are in an impasse or under pressure because of their failures in the region.
