Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian announced here Monday that Iran and Germany will cooperate in the fields of water, electricity, technology and research activities after removal of the nuclear obstacles.
Chitchian made the announcement in a meeting with the visiting German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel.
There are clear laws in Iran to guarantee foreign investment, said Chitchian adding the issue can provide the ground for further bilateral cooperation in mentioned fields.
Iran and Germany have already had good relations in the field of technology exchange, said the Iranian minister.
Gabriel, who is also German minister of economic affairs and energy, is visiting Iran heading a high-ranking delegation.
